VIRTUAL DESIGN PROCESS

All projects start with a client questionnaire. This helps us know you, your design style, and how the space is used. This will be the starting point for the design.
We will review the client questionnaire, room measurements, Inspiration Images, photos, and budget during the consultation.
During this phase, the initial design is created and sent to you for review. Change can be made with one design revision.
Once the design process is complete, you will receive your design in your inbox. This will include a shopping list with direct vendor links, allowing you to purchase items on your timeline.
Included in your virtual design is a 2-week post-design support. During that time, you can contact us with any questions. A consultation fee will apply after the 2-week design support has expired.

Using virtual tools and communication, It's entirely individualized and created to fit your design style and lifestyle. We'll create a mood board and furniture selections that allow you to implement the designs as your time and budget allow.
Our projects are customized to fit your specific needs so that time will vary depending on a few factors, including feedback responsiveness and the level of revisions. Still, our standard timeline is between 8-10 weeks from start to completion. Click here for more information.
Yes, suppose your project requires a general contractor. In that case, our virtual design includes a set of drawings outlining the project, the scope of work, and detailed instructions about the design, including electrical and plumbing locations.
Our documents are for concept only and are not working construction documents. Our primary focus is to provide your contractor with a general design concept and dimensions. Still, it's up to your contractor to ensure that trade professionals manage all electrical, plumbing, and structural from their construction documents.
We are happy to work with your builder and select from their local vendors.
Currently, our virtual design service is for full rooms only. We want to do our best to give you a cohesive look.
Before starting the first design consultation call, a 50% invoice deposit is required.
We do not offer refunds for virtual designs if you are not happy with them. Addressing any issues during the design process is essential to ensure your satisfaction with the final design.
