Design Timeline
Our projects are customized to fit your specific needs so that time will vary depending on a few factors, including feedback responsiveness and the level of revisions. Nevertheless, our standard timeline is between 8-10 weeks from start to completion.
The design phase outlined in our design process
Phase 1- Schematic design; floor plan approval. Furniture layout, color palette, mood board.
Phase 2- design development: furniture, fixtures and finish selections, lighting, and accessories.
Phase 3- Revisions are made, and final design selections are approved.
After each phase, we'll share it via our private client portal, where you can offer feedback and comments.
Once the design is complete and all changes are finalized, we'll upload your shopping list to your client portal, and you'll take it from there. Purchase the pieces on your timeline, and put your new, beautiful room together!
Additional design fees will apply for any changes made after the final design approval. (see terms and conditions)
Product Sourcing
You will receive a detailed shopping list with links for all the items shown in your final room design. All products are sourced through online retail and trade-exclusive vendors and can be purchased as your budget allows. Online shopping is an easy and convenient way to shop. I recommend buying any sale items as soon as possible to avoid out-of-stock items. (see terms and conditions when shopping our trade vendors.)
Final Design Package
Your final design package will be delivered to your client portal within 1-2 weeks of final room design approval.
Your package will include:
Finished room design board
Furniture floor plan
Custom color palette
Design instructions, picture placement, installation instructions, etc.
Shopping list with links to all items on your final room design
