All items purchased through our online trade exclusive store are fulfilled by our trade partner Side Door.
Side Door’s logistics and customer service team will handle any questions on your order + delivery, as well as address any issues that may arise.
You will receive shipment updates from Side Door along with our team tracking your order until it’s delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, we need to know about the issue as soon as possible. Items shipped to the final destination should be inspected upon delivery for us to make a claim with the shipper or manufacturer. We’re here to arrange repair or replacement of the item as required if it is damaged in transit.
Trade vendors do not offer returns as a general policy so please note that all sales are final (unless damaged in transit).
