Our trade partner, Side Door, fulfills all items purchased through our online trade exclusive store.
Side Door’s logistics and customer service team will handle any questions on your order + delivery, as well as address any issues that may arise.
You will receive shipment updates from Side Door, and our team will track your order until it’s delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, we need to know about the issue as soon as possible. Items shipped to the final destination should be inspected upon delivery so we can make a claim with the shipper or manufacturer. We’re here to arrange for the repair or replacement of the item as required if it is damaged in transit.
Trade vendors do not offer returns as a general policy, so please note that all sales are final (unless damaged in transit).
