ORDERS-FAQ’s

1. How is my order processed?

Orders are fulfilled through our trade partner, Side Door. They will process all orders and handle shipping, delivery, and anything related to your order. Alongside, we will follow the order process until items are delivered. They have an amazing team ready to help.

2. When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, our trade partner, Side Door, will notify you of the most updated delivery date available from the vendor.

3. What are my shipping options?

Shipping rates are negotiated at the best rates possible from a network of white-glove, LTL, and common carriers. 

4. How do I track my order?

After checkout, our trade partner, Side Door, will send you all the final details about your order, including shipping options, order total, and scheduled deliveries. If you encounter any problems, please contact Side Door. We will monitor all orders alongside them to ensure your order is delivered. Contact Side Door

5. How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once you place your order, it can not be canceled or changed. 

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

All sales through trade partner SideDoor are final. Because these are trade-exclusive items, no returns will be accepted unless the product is damaged in transit.

7. Orders with extended delivery dates?

All orders with extended delivery dates will need to be pre-paid. Once an order is ready to ship, our trade partner, Side Door, will contact you to set up delivery. we will monitor all orders alongside them until they are delivered to the final destination. Once an order is placed, it can’t be canceled, so think of this as a custom order.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, our trade partner, Side Door, will need to know about the issue as soon as possible. Items shipped to their final destination must be inspected upon delivery in order to make a claim with the shipper or manufacturer. We’re here to arrange repair or replacement of the item as required if it is damaged in transit. Report Damage

9. Are fabric samples available?

Not all manufacturers offer samples. if you prefer samples prior to ordering, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support, and we will see what is available. Customer Support

10. What if I need help with furniture sizing?

Not sure if something will fit in your space? We can help you with that. Send us a quick sketch of your room along with measurements, windows, doors, and openings. Please include the item you want us to size; we will help. Once we receive the measurements, we will create a complimentary floor plan and scale the item in the preferred room based on the provided measurements. If you have any questions about your order, please contact directly to our trade partner, Side Door.


Our Shop Return Policy

Our trade partner, Side Door, fulfills all items purchased through our online trade exclusive store.

Side Door’s logistics and customer service team will handle any questions on your order + delivery and address any issues that may arise.

You will receive shipment updates from Side Door along with our team tracking your order until it’s delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, we need to know about the issue as soon as possible. Trade Vendors do not offer returns as a general policy, so please note that all sales are final (unless damaged in transit).


Affirm Financing

Need a little extra time to pay for your new furniture? Here’s how it works.

Furniture & Accessories Purchases

  • All orders purchased through our shop are fulfilled through our trade partner, Side Door.

  • Once you have added all your items to your cart, you can pay with a credit card or select Affirm to finance your purchase.

  • Click here to shop.

Selecting Affirm at CheckOut

  • If you choose to finance through Affirm, select this option at check out, and you will be prompted to the next steps.

  • Up to 12 months, 0% APR financing through our SideDoor x Affirm partnership.

Exclusions

  • Design services are not eligible for Affirm financing.
